Ford House’s Lisa Campbell Named One of ASE’s 2024 Michigan Human Resource Executives of the Year
Ford House, the historic home of Eleanor and Edsel Ford, located on the shore of Lake St. Clair in Grosse Pointe Shores, is proud to announce that Lisa Campbell, Director of Talent & Culture, has been selected as one of the 2024 Michigan Human Resource Executives of the Year by the American Society of Employers (ASE). This prestigious recognition celebrates Michigan’s top human resource professionals for their exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to advancing the HR field. Campbell and the other award-winning executives will be honored at the Detroit Athletic Club during ASE’s Annual Summit on Thursday, November 7, 2024.
Lisa Campbell has dedicated over a decade of her career to serving in administrative and human resources roles, where her efforts have always centered on empowering employees and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. As Director of Talent & Culture at Ford House, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and National Historic Landmark, Campbell plays a key role in aligning the organization’s mission with employee satisfaction, retention, and professional development. Her leadership is guided by a deep commitment to balancing the needs of the employee with the vision and mission of Ford House, creating an environment that supports growth and collaboration.
