Through our philanthropy, giving, and support, we strive to meet the needs of our communities as best as possible.

Giving was a core principle to Edsel and Eleanor Ford and their family, and we are committed to continuing that legacy today.

In addition to providing fun, engaging, and informative programming to the community and Ford House members, we contribute to the needs of nonprofit groups and community organizations. We understand the value of community outreach, global philanthropy, and programs and initiatives that build a better tomorrow.

2024 Requests: We have reached our maximum giving threshold for the 2024 fiscal year.

2025 Requests: Complete our 2025 Community Donation Request form here.

Approvals for 2025 Community Donation Requests will be issued after the new year.

Who is eligible?

Nonprofit organizations in Michigan are eligible to request community donations of admission passes. Priority is given to nonprofit organizations located in the tri-county area of Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties.

What to know?

  • Requests for admission pass donations must be made at least 30 days before the event.
  • If approved, four (4) admission passes will be mailed or emailed to an organization, not the requestor’s home. These passes are good for a year from the event date and do not include admission to specialty tours.
  • All requests must be made online. Donation requests via mail, telephone, or email will not be accepted.
  • Due to the volume of requests, we can only provide one item per school or organization for each year.
  • We cannot accommodate out-of-area requests due to the tremendous volume of requests we receive and the limited number of available items.
  • Due to the high volume of Community Donation requests we receive, not all are guaranteed to be fulfilled.

Ford House does not offer Friendships or gift cards for nonprofits’ fundraising programs and organizations’ charitable initiatives.
