Art Camp at Ford House offers preteens and teens ages 12 to 15 a creative, confidence-building week designed to inspire artistic growth and self-expression.

Throughout the camp, participants explore a wide range of materials, techniques, and ideas through a new art project each day. Guided by experienced instructors, campers are encouraged to experiment, take creative risks, and develop their own artistic voice in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Inspiration extends beyond the studio with special visits to the Main Residence, where campers draw ideas from architecture, interiors, and works of art found throughout the historic home. These hands-on experiences help young artists connect observation, history, and creativity in meaningful ways.

By the end of the week, each camper will complete five original art projects and receive a take-home supply kit to continue creating long after camp ends. Art Camp is ideal for students who enjoy making art, want to try new techniques, or are looking to deepen their creative skills while building confidence and independence.

Snacks are provided each day to keep campers energized and focused as they create, explore, and learn.
