ABOUT THIS EVENT

Raise a glass to nature’s sweetest creation with Ford House’s Maple Tapping & Tasting experience!

Join us for a cozy winter outing that blends hands-on learning with a delicious maple twist. From identifying the perfect trees to witnessing the entire syrup-making process, you’ll get an insider’s look at how sap transforms into liquid gold. Wander into our “sugar bush” for a tapping demonstration, then gather by the wood-fired evaporator to taste syrup at every stage of its transformation.

Sip in Style: Cap off the adventure with a maple-inspired cocktail or mocktail (one per guest), perfectly crafted to bring out the rich flavors of fresh maple syrup!

Prepare for Winter: Bundle up! This event is outdoors, so you’ll experience the elements as you explore, with some uneven paths and a touch of snow, ice, or mud to complete the winter magic.

Weather Flexibility: If we need to reschedule, your ticket can be exchanged for another event or donated to support Ford House Education.

This exclusive event for ages 21+ is the perfect way to taste, learn, and enjoy! Tickets are limited, so don’t wait—reserve your spot for a one-of-a-kind maple experience!
