ABOUT THE Event:

Strengthen Your Core at Ford House: Pilates with Rebecca Eltervoog VanBrienen

Join us for a series of energizing Pilates classes designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and connect mind and body. This mat-based class will focus on the five essentials of Pilates: breath, head and cervical alignment, rib cage placement, pelvic placement, and scapular stabilization.

Led by experienced instructor Rebecca Eltervoog VanBrienen, each session offers a supportive and engaging environment, perfect for all skill levels. Rebecca brings more than two decades of teaching experience and is certified in a wide range of Pilates disciplines, including Classical Mat and Contemporary Pilates, Stott Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, and more.

No equipment is needed for this class, but please bring your own yoga mat.

We invite you to take time for yourself in the serene setting of Ford House as you build strength, balance, and body awareness.
