Ford House’s summer concert series transforms the sprawling estate into a symphony of melodies under the open sky. Enjoy incredible talents while you lounge on the lawn with Lake St. Clair at your back.

A Reserved Seating ticket includes a folding chair in a premium location. A General Seating ticket allows you to use any grass space designated for concert seating.

VISITOR INFORMATION:

  • Ford House is a National Historic Landmark and 501c3 not-for-profit. Please respect the historic nature of the property, including our grounds, trees, and benches.
  • Parking is in the Lake Shore lot across the street from Ford House’s Main Gate. The lot will open at 5 p.m. Police crossing guards will be present to help you safely cross to the Main Gate. Please follow their instructions.
    • No vehicles will be permitted to enter through the Main Gate.
    • Guests with an accessible parking placard and those with a pre-concert dinner reservation at The Continental should enter through the North Gate.
  • Be prepared to walk 0.38 miles (10-15 minutes) from the parking lot to the concert behind Ford House on the shore. Please bring whatever you can carry on your own. You may bring and use hand-pulled wagons and carts.
    • Shuttles will be available for guests parking in the accessible parking and Reserved Seating ticketholders. All other guests are asked to walk to the concert area.
  • Concessions are available for purchase starting at 5 p.m. No alcohol may be brought on the property.
  • Dogs are not permitted on the grounds during the summer concerts.
  • Adults bringing children to the concert are responsible for always staying with them, ensuring that they stay seated, not climbing in trees, and staying off the berm at the water’s edge. Guests not in compliance will be asked to leave the estate.
  • Once the concert ends, please quickly return to the parking lot so everyone can safely reach their vehicles.
